I really wanted to say it was a positive experience. Started with video call with recruiter, was very nice and kicked things off great, only red flag is she did not mentioned compensation just asked my range and said “we can work with that” next I interviewed one RVP manager because the other was sick. Very nice conversation and then I interviewed with the other one the next day. After I had to do a slide deck and mock role play which I believe I did great and got positive feedback from. All was great until then. I was told from recruiter as soon as the team has a debrief that I would get an update if I got the role or not. It took them for weeks to get back to me and tell me they choose another candidate for the role. Even though I asked for updates weekly. I kept seeing the role reposted in LinkedIn weekly too. Begs to question if they are even hiring for the role to begin with. What a waste of time unfortunately
