I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dialpad in Feb 2026
Interview
Full interview cycle within a week: behavioral, two HackerRank live coding sessions (basic and advanced), a system design round, and a career interview. Interviewers were professional and friendly. No feedback was provided between rounds, and after rejection the recruiter promised feedback that never arrived. For a process that demanding, candidates deserve at least a brief explanation of where they fell short.

Question 1
Tell me about a significant technical challenge you faced and how you contributed to solving it.
The process was very long (about 2 months), with 7 technical/non-technical rounds and conversations with the hiring manager, director, VP, and several team members, plus an onsite office visit.
After investing significant time, including going onsite, communication became slow near the final stage.
Worst experience ever, I would not go through this process again.
