The interview process at Discount Lots was super straightforward but had a competitive vibe that kept me on my toes, and I loved how it matched my energy for their big-picture goals. It started with a LinkedIn recruiter reaching out for a quick phone chat to see if I clicked with the company’s vibe. Then came a Zoom interview where we got into the nitty-gritty—some behavioral questions to check if I’d vibe with their intense, fast-paced culture and a few technical ones to test my skills. The final in-person panel was awesome; I got to connect with the team, swap stories, and really see how their passion for hard work and bold vision lined up with what I’m all about. The whole thing felt open, no-nonsense, and got me pumped about the chance to join such a driven crew.

Interview by external affiliate, who didnt discuss anything about the company. I wanted to hear more about business model and what they can offer me. They just wanted to hear about me, zero receptiveness. I felt detached. Then he told me he will just pass on the recording of my interview to his superiors.
