Short and sweet, more personable than if written out. Not rehearsed at all. Manager was awesome. I walked in introduced myself shook his hand, he had me fill out a short application with background information then asked about my experience the gave me a paper to get a drug test.

I walked in and sat down and interviewed. They started with asking if I wanted water. And we just talked like it wasn’t an interview. And had a conversation. They asked where I saw my future and I responded truthfully and said I had no clue. At the end he offered me a job and I started a few days after
Interview process was the worst. Waited over 30 1 hour for management to say the hiring manager wasn’t available . So unprofessional when they were the ones who scheduled the interview
