Short and sweet. Pretty common sense stuff here guys. Everybody starts out changing tires. So if your limbs work, then your good.
A big part of it is actually your character.
Some locations are questionable,
but on average most guys working her are great!

Common Sense stuff. Experience, stage of life, availabliity. Some girls think that they can come in a go straight inside, because they have experience at Wal-Marts tire center.

I walked in and sat down and interviewed. They started with asking if I wanted water. And we just talked like it wasn’t an interview. And had a conversation. They asked where I saw my future and I responded truthfully and said I had no clue. At the end he offered me a job and I started a few days after

Fast easy and was hired very fast. I start in a couple days was called back within 24 hours of applying online for this job. Good starting base pay especially for the jobs available around me
Interview process was the worst. Waited over 30 1 hour for management to say the hiring manager wasn’t available . So unprofessional when they were the ones who scheduled the interview
