I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Discover (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Sep 2024
Interview
It has four rounds of interview, first is phone interview. Then, your direct manager interview, brainteaser interview, and the last round is skip-level manager interview. Except the first phone interview, the other three rounds would be completed in sequence. The interview is not bad, they just asked questions based on your resume and other typical statistical quesiton.
