Applied online 08/29/2015. 30 minutes later got an email to take the web based interview. 2 hours later, received an email to schedule an in person interview.
When I went in for my interview 09/03/2015. My recruiter was very welcoming and nice. Basic interview questions; I was nervous for no reason :D
Got hired on the spot for Fantasyland Attractions. Since I was hired into attractions, it was required to take a drug test 48 hrs after receiving the email to take it, and scheduled my on-boarding for 09/08/2015, I start 10/03/2015.
Virtual interview where you are asked about your background, your customer service skills, and why you want to work for Disney. The interview is pretty simple and straightforward, with questions about safety and how you might treat guests.
It was on zoom with a recruiter. First they called me if I'm still interested in the position and got scheduled a zoom interview with the recruiter. I was previously on the waiting list for around 4 months which is a long time.
