One of the key aspects of our recruitment strategy is our company values, which are centric to our business. Our company culture is extremely important to us, and we will always have more of an informal approach to get to know our candidates, their motivations, values and aspirations for work within a first-round call or team’s interview before going on to assess their experience and skillset in a second round.
