Was called in for the interview in person Was easy and straightforward , Manager was very professional . My background was assessed via questioning and I was given the job

Met with regional and then property manager of the location in which I was supposed to start, due to my experience I was offered a position at another location that paid more because their starting pay at the initial location was simply just not up to standards for the job. It seems like the job I had back on the westcoast was spread out in 3 different positions over at this company.
