The interviewer asked very general questions. Questions were of Medium difficulty so as long as you do your research this should not be that difficult to go through. The whole interview Took less than than 30 minutes from start to finish.
I was promoted internally. I went from cashier, to lead key, to assistant manager, then to manager. The interview was over the phone, and the questions were easy to answer since I was very familiar at that point with the policies of DG.
