On the spot interview with assistant manager a week after turning in my application. Interview was held in office and was a one-on-one session. Assistant manager then dismissed me and went to speak with store manager. Store manager said he would call me within the next two weeks. Manager talked to me about the duties of a sales associate and walked me around the store.

What do I expect from management? Have you worked retail before? Etc.
Came in and asked for the store manager. He took me into the office and asked a few questions. Questions : Why do you want to work for Dollar Tree? Do you know anyone that works here? How you deal with Multi-tasking? How you deal with pressure?
Got the job. (Mainly through Nepotism).

Interview
Went to interview and was nervous about answering questions for the job and depending on how I answer them. That would determine if I get the job or not. But it wasn’t like that at all. The store manager was super friendly and straight forward with everything. Applying was super easy online.
Very simple and easy was hired on the spot. More like a friendly conversation than an interview, was 30min-1hr long. Given tour of store and full run down of responsibilities
