    Pros

    Products are easy to sell
Very easy to advance within the company
The job itself is pretty straightforward and simple

    Cons

Lower level management is not considered to be very trustworthy.

    Advice to Management

We need to be able to offer our cashiers more money. We will continue to experience extremely high turnover, theft, and a loss of sales if our hourly workers are not reasonably compensated.
