    First to know what inventory comes in, fast paced work, reasonable hours and duties.

    Cons

    Other coworkers often seemed to be not as motivated to go above and beyond or didn't take well to team work.

    Hire qualifed management.

    Pros

    Co workers, nice customers. Like looking at new stuff.

    Cons

    Very stressful, always something new to do. Cashier's call in. Some managers don't do there job, so you have to pickup the slack. Manager pay not enough for the work they want done. Now what are workers to start unloading trucks. Not very happy with this company at all.

    Need better pay all around

    I worked at Dollar Tree part-time

    Pros

    It was a pretty simple and interesting job. Everything was a dollar or less so it's easy to not have any price checks. Also enjoyable as we don't have to act like sales people trying to sell products.

    Cons

    Good or bad depending on manager. It can suck when there are employees who always call in.

    Benefits and pay are decent along w paid sick time and vacation

    Cons

    Work load is too much not enough help or hours avail. They over ship to stores making it difficult to maintain stock rooms and stores
