I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Domino's (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2012
Interview
Asked basic interview questions as far as why do you want to work for Dominos and how did you hear about the job opening.
First there was a phone call asking basic questions like if I was still interested in the opening. Then a 1:1 interview with the store manager.
They also ran a driving check and background check for felonies as they do for all new hires depending on the franchise.
submit your resume, cover letter, and sometimes additional documents (portfolio, references, etc.).
Initial Screening: The hiring team reviews applications to assess your qualifications and fit for the role. If selected, you’ll be contacted for further steps.
Easy and laid back. Welcoming and friendly. I felt prepared and they did not care about my attire. I hope this helps you in your interview process. Good luck to everyone reading this. You got it
Interview was fairly easy. This is a job that will take people with little to no experience so the interview is to make sure you are ok with the many tasks that working at a busy pizza place requires and whether you will fit in with the culture.
