I applied online. I interviewed at Domino's (Grosse Pointe, MI) in Oct 2016
Interview
Owner's wife called me by phone and told me they needed managers because their last one had quit. Told me to come in and I'd be hired on the spot. Called, was told to come on a different day to start. Never filled out an application except on Snagajob, was just thrown into training.
Other Assistant Manager Interview Reviews for Domino's
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
