Interview
I applied to Dominos online through their website’s career center. The manager called me a week later, and I scheduled an interview for the next day on Wednesday at 1:00 pm. I walked in and said I was there for a job interview. The lady walked me to a small room in the back and pulled up a chair for me to sit in while I filled out paperwork about my address, education, phone number, etc. She said the interview was just a formality because they really needed people, and she scanned my social and driver’s license. When I finished the paperwork, she said that was it and that she would get back to me in the next couple of days when my background check came through.
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
