Interview
I applied online and received a phone call/phone interview about a week later. The gentleman asked me to come in the next day for a 1:1 interview with the GM of a store and himself. I was informed on the spot that he wanted to hire me, but I had to wait for the results of my background check to come in. I received news that I had passed the background check and that I would be starting training this coming week.
Aside from the skills you have learned in your other jobs, what skills have you learned in life that will help you in the position you are applying for.
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
