Asked a few brief questions in the back of the shop before telling me I'd receive an email from them shortly letting me know if they wanted to hire me or not.

Where do you see yourself in the next five years? Why do you want to work at Dominos? Can you tell me about yourself?
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
