Interview
I received a phone call to invite me to a group interview process. A brief history of the company was discussed as well as a long list of benefits. Hourly pay was never discussed. Kept saying things like "you have the potential to earn up to 30% of profit as a general manger" and "our most successful general manager made $100,000 last year."
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
