I applied on Glassdoor and it took about a month to hear back. I first had a phone interview with 3 people. I waited a few days before I got called and asked to arrive at the facility for an in person interview, composed of a 10-person panel. I was reimbursed for the trip and I waited almost 2 weeks before they offered me the job.

Interview
Interview was very informal and comfortable yet straight to the point. Quick and effective interview questions that were relevant to the position. After that, there was a tour of the Nekoosa mill. I was not informed or recommended that I might need to wear steel toed shoes and/or clothing that I don't mind getting dirty.
