Very quick and easy! After applying online, the store immediately got back to me via text with interview times. I booked an appointment a couple days out, showed up in person at the store and was almost immediately seen. They will ask you something about your background, why you picked the job, and what some of your future goals are. I got told at the end of the interview to show up the next Tuesday for work!
