Interview
After the initial application, I was invited via email to interview over the phone within the week. Initial interviewer (talent acquisition) was friendly. Asked basic interview questions. After I passed that portion, I was invited to have a video/zoom call with the hiring manager. That interview went well also, with the interviewer asking me a couple of regular questions and a couple of behavioral questions. I was not chosen but the hiring manager responded to my email for feedback.
The interview process was thorough and fair. Communication was strong, the people were nice, and everything felt organized and reasonable. The glimpse into the culture made me more excited to pursue a job.
