I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DraftKings in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was very speedy and straightforward. The HR team was very accommodating and communicated everything in a timely manner. The interview started with a online screen. This was then followed with two in-person calls.
The phone screening question was standard and went over my resume, along with talking about the role. Asked about test driven development a lot. They do a technical question, then a system design question, followed by a meeting with the team manager it sounds like.
I had my first HR interview with DraftKings. It was mainly about getting to know the company, understanding the general role, talking about my past experience, and answering few easy initial technical questions.
