Interview
Very standard and low stress. Your basic three levels: Recruiter (very basic overview) Team Leads (sports betting and industry specific) Director Level (team fit) Every is extremely nice and there’s really no gotcha. Don’t overthink it. If you have done a modicum of research into sports betting you’ll be fine

Interview
Got a call from there Recruiter and then 2 30 min interviews with senior traders. Then an interview back to the recruiter. Was told they moved on with other candidates but they want to keep in touch for the future. Fast forward 3 months . Was told by the recruiter I need to go through the process all over again . But what I was missing last time I have been doing since . So I'm thinking why would they want me to go through this process again if they were going to offer me the position . So again interviewed with the recruiter and then 2 interviews with the senior traders . I was told yes indeed I had worked on what was lacking last time. But when talking to one of the traders I said I was at the 79 Super Bowl. Which aged me. But the. Recruiter sends me a link to the companies office and what the had to offer. Then the pay I should be expecting . So I was ready for the offer. But again after all that I get a email saying they moved on. Like what? Never ever ever seen anything like this . Like why ask me back to interview . Why send me the link. Why tell me the pay. Makes no sense . Things were done that were so unprofessional.
