Applied online directly through the DraftKings careers page. The Process moved very quickly and everyone I corresponded with was very friendly and professional. There were two phone calls, one of which included a coding exercise, and then an on site interview. Overall, the entire interview process was very smooth and enjoyable.
The phone screening question was standard and went over my resume, along with talking about the role. Asked about test driven development a lot. They do a technical question, then a system design question, followed by a meeting with the team manager it sounds like.
I had my first HR interview with DraftKings. It was mainly about getting to know the company, understanding the general role, talking about my past experience, and answering few easy initial technical questions.

The interview process was fairly straightforward - after the screening and technical interview they put you in a 3 hour final round with three separate interviews back-to-back, the last one being a chat with the team lead. The recruiter was nice and helpful throughout the process.
