I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DraftKings (Bergen op Zoom) in Feb 2025
Interview
- Applied in January and received an OA (OOP question, employee org chart)
- Two weeks later, invited to a technical phone interview. Asked to solve another OOP question and implement a method to handout discounts in front of a software engineer.
- A few days later, invited to a final round interview which consisted of 3 rounds. 1 hour of OOD (Restaurant design), 30 min of technical deep dive into a past project, and 30 min with a manager.
The interviewers were all extremely kind and understanding (I had several network connectivity issues) and the process was very efficient. From applying to receiving offer, the process took about 1 month.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you got along well with a coworker? What about a time when you didn't?
The phone screening question was standard and went over my resume, along with talking about the role. Asked about test driven development a lot. They do a technical question, then a system design question, followed by a meeting with the team manager it sounds like.
I had my first HR interview with DraftKings. It was mainly about getting to know the company, understanding the general role, talking about my past experience, and answering few easy initial technical questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at DraftKings (Boston, MA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward - after the screening and technical interview they put you in a 3 hour final round with three separate interviews back-to-back, the last one being a chat with the team lead. The recruiter was nice and helpful throughout the process.
