Ducen Software Developer NET interview questions

I applied through Naukri for SE .NET position for 3 to 6 years. First Round was telephonic with the Lead Engineer. I cleared the first telephonic, my location is too far I asked for skype for next round but they asked to come for F2F. The same Lead interviewed me with same questions whichever he asked during the telephonic. That Lead puts my profile on hold, don't know the reason. Then HR contacted me and told we have another immediate position you can take that interview, In the same day I got a call from another Project Lead and interviewed me more technical in .net, mvc, apsx, web services, api's, session, abstract and interface, global.asax, jquery, about current projects, roles you are handling, etc.. Next day I got a call from HR to come for an f2f interview with same Project Lead, He asked the same like the previous Lead did and asked few details about current location, salary, and joining. That Project Lead gave feedback to HR to put my profile on hold. I don't understand one thing they shortlisted me in telephonic and in f2f they asked me the same questions and put my profile on hold. I don't know the real reason why both Leads do the same I wasted two days there I was very much frustrated with their process. HR already negotiate my salary after the telephonic round itself, because they are looking for immediate joiners. Don't know the real reaason behind this..
