Dynamic Systems (CA) interview questions

I was scheduled to interview with a team member but was unexpectedly interviewed by the CEO without prior notice, which is Madi Norman. Despite technical issues at the start, I remained professional and resolved them quickly. I thought the conversation went well—until the CEO accidentally sent me her internal notes about our interview. The comments were unprofessional, overly personal, and included assumptions about my tone and demeanor, even calling me “A bit rough around the edges, maybe aggressive.” After receiving those remarks, I ultimately declined to be considered for the role. The experience left me feeling disrespected and confirmed that this company does not value candidates or professionalism.
