I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dynatrace (Sydney) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview is multi-stage. After meeting the manager at an on-campus University recruitment drive, there was an invitation to connect on LinkedIn and get the ball rolling.
* First interview: phone screening call with HR
* Second interview: technical screening call with Software Architect
* Final interview: in-person interview with three people on the panel. The interview required preparation to deliver a case-study based presentation.
There were other phone calls between interviews. Be prepared to phone up, if you don't hear back from anyone by the time they had suggested they would reply to you.
The fairly straightforward process from application to interview to offer. The process is very male-dominated. The new CEO has brought in new executives but the professional services team is still dominated by old mainframe people. As a female, I don't feel comfortable with this leadership.

I applied online. I interviewed at Dynatrace in Sep 2022
Interview
First round is screening with recruiter, then technical interview, if you pass next then there’s a final round set of interviews. Overall, it’s been a good process still waiting to hear back.
