I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Dynatrace (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was the worst interview experience I ever had !! Bunch of people who are still stuck in a old style interview. They stopped me in the middle of the presentation and started throwing their negative opinion on me like there's no tomorrow! I interview with 5 people! All 5 of them did not even smile for 1 sec I believe ! Now this is 2022!! change your interview process ! or else no one will ever want to join this company! I They made me traumatized! Please don't waste your time here .

Question 1
basic oop, problem solving, basic networking, linux
The fairly straightforward process from application to interview to offer. The process is very male-dominated. The new CEO has brought in new executives but the professional services team is still dominated by old mainframe people. As a female, I don't feel comfortable with this leadership.

First round is screening with recruiter, then technical interview, if you pass next then there’s a final round set of interviews. Overall, it’s been a good process still waiting to hear back.
