Interview
I was interviewed three times by Dynetics. One after a college career fair, one after I applied that was 30 minutes and was a good interview overall. So far so good, then came the interview with 3 different members. The interview felt so unstructured with them often asking the same questions because it was 3 different people separately. All that considered I thought I did really well with the interview. Fast forward 3 weeks, I have heard nothing from them after emailing my HR contact twice. Ghosted each time. So that turned my good experience into a bad one.
Easy interview with questions regarding Agile and basic design principles. Not too many technical questions were given. They seemed to be looking for someone who has a good soft-skill basis and was willing to learn.

How do you handle obstacles that occur while developing software in Agile?
Phone call with behavioral and technical questions. It was about thirty minutes long. Also asked about resume and education and job experience as well as personal questions. Allowed for asking questions at end.
