Less than a week after I applied, I had a recruiter screening. I then took a two-part assessment. After this, I met with another colleague at the same level I interviewed for and she asked behavioral questions - be ready to respond using STAR method. I then met with the hiring manager and it felt very conversational. The final round is a case study interview with two senior leaders on the team - you're given 30mins to put together a presentation (I recommend creating a template beforehand so you're not fiddling with formatting in those precious 30mins) and then 10-15mins to present, 15ish minutes for the interviewers to ask you all about your approach. From my first interview to signed offer, it was 10 weeks. Though it was a longer process than usual, the recruiting team was incredibly transparent and communicative throughout. In my experience and opinion, the process was well worth it and I appreciated their thorough work to find the right candidate. Once I signed my offer, the background check was done quickly and I received details about orientation, benefits, and what to expect. EAB seems to have this down to a science!
