      Compensation Analyst Interview

      Mar 28, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Richmond, VA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EAB (Richmond, VA) in Nov 2023

      Interview

The interview process was pretty long. You will have to do an assessment and then initial call with the recruiter. From here you will have to complete the same assessment but it will be monitored. Then you will have an interview with the manager who is hiring for the position. Then you will be asked to complete an assignment. This process was very long and took about two months. Hiring for a position should not this long especially since the hiring for this position was considered "urgent".
