I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at EDP Renewables (Houston, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied online and received an e-mail for an interview. Interviewed with the hiring manager and then there was radio silence for over a month. I received an interview request for another interview from the hiring manager's boss and then radio silence again. I tried following up and was told they had no updates for me or my e-mails were left unanswered.
The funny part is that 200 other people applied for the same position and then after interviewing me they put the position back on the market again and also hired a recruiting agency to find a candidate for the same. If you didn't hire me, you could not find anyone else out of 200 other people? Seems so strange to me!!!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EDP Renewables
Interview
Applied online. Received a request for phone interview after sending an email someone in HR, about a month after applying. Phone interview was with two managers and lasted an hour. It was a pretty standard introductory interview. Two weeks later, I was invited to fly down to interview at HQ in Houston. The interviews lasted 3.5 hours and included 7 individual interviews - 5 with managers, 2 with directors. Questions ranged from resume-related, to behavioral, to industry knowledge, to case questions. Case questions involved reading and interpreting data, calculating performance metrics, and analyzing contracts. Also, the number of windows in New York City. I received the offer about two weeks after the interview.
