Inicialmente me contacto un reclutador, quien me contacto con los líderes de búsqueda para coordinar una entrevista. Fue una entrevista grupal de 3 horas, con 8 participantes, una persona del equipo y una representante de recursos humanos

Question 1
Debíamos presentarnos y resolver un caso de negocio
1 case study 1 hr. An in-depth, detailed examination of a specific subject—such as a person, group, event, organization, or phenomenon—within its real-world context. EY case interviews are often candidate-led. This format requires you to lead the case by breaking down problems, hypothesizing the root causes, and collecting data from the interviewer to test your hypotheses.

Interview
La prima parte con le Human Resources è stata semplice ma necessaria. Mi hanno chiesto il mio background e qualche domanda su quello che vorrei fare nei prossimi anni. La parte successiva con il manager è stata più impegnativa essendo prettamente tacnica.
