I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Raleigh, NC) in Apr 2014
Interview
Applied through my colleges online job portal and received an email scheduling an email about three weeks later. Simple common interview, it was my first interview ever so I did poorly, but as long as you prepare for behavioral questions you should be fine. One benefit that I have learned going through interviews is to be definite as to what line of work you want to go into (Audit, Tax, or Advisory) and where.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Mar 2019
Interview
Recruiters were very involved and they made my peers and I feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We had the opportunity to meet our interviewers at a social the evening before the day of on-campus interviews. My interviewers were kind and really wanted to get to know me, not just my resume. I feel more like a friend than a number at EY.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Very casual, back-to-back 30 minute interviews with a senior manager and audit partner. The first half of the interview was purely conversational - we talked about yoga, stress management, etc. There were some behavioral questions (3-4) at the end but they were pretty standard.

I applied through my campus career service and got an invitation to submit a Prerecorded interview video. It was a total of 5 behavioral questions and each question would flash for about 30s and I had 3 attempts for each of the questions.
