Interview
Initial assessments were fairly straightforward. Research what company makes them and do a ton of practice beforehand to do well.
Strengths based phone interview. I thought it went very well and had extremely good online assessment marks but I was mistaken. Try to figure out which strength they are giving you an opportunity to display in your answer fo each question, I can only imagine where I went wrong was trying to be genuine. I think there was one more step after this.

Standard. Co mp te ncy questions and motiv rational as well as situational. Nothing ynexpected - the traditional. Very orderly and structured - not conversational. Prep the usual, have examples from CV, and learn some key facts about the firm.
