I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY
Interview
After applying through a link provided through my university's career recruitment website, I was contacted via email for a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was contacted again to schedule a follow up in person interview. This portion was paid for by the company (flight, hotel) and all food and uber/lyft/taxi expenses were reimbursed. The process was pretty seamless and incredibly enjoyable! Never saw myself working in corporate America but love how this company made me feel.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Jacksonville, FL) in Apr 2020
Interview
3 virtual interviews. With several mangers and partners on the project. They asked me basic questions about my background, education and desire to work for the firm. Prepare some information showing you know something about EY as a firm and what their values are.

Interview
Applied online through my University, and then received an email from a regional recruiter to set up an in person interview. Shortly after the first interview I heard back from my recruiter to set up another in person interview onsite.
The onsite interview included meeting with a small amount of other applicants, viewing the location, and a set of 3 interviews. The interviews consisted of 2 behavioral interviews and 1 case study. Basic preparation and a well thought out process will be very helpful.
