Interview
I interviewed separately with four different people, all in one day. Two senior managers, two partners, and lunch with two tax seniors. I was asked about my experience and basic behavioral questions. The interviews should be somewhat straightforward if you are able to carry on a conversation. It is important to do your research about your interviewers because it shows you have an interest in not only EY, but also your future coworkers.

Interview
3 interviews with manager, senior manager & partner after HR screening. The asked about a few techical questions and also behavial questions. Pretty chill, not too difficult. The HR scheduled 3 interviews at time.
HR call, three interviews back to back to back with manager, managing director and partner where they walk through your resume and ask questions on experience. Partner interview is very high level
The interview process was quite seamless but it was a bit rushed but the panelists asked questions that were directly from the job description but they were fair for the role
