I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY
Interview
First round was one way video interview. They then invited candidates to a second round in Dallas. There were 3 40 minute interviews - one case and two behavioral interviews. The case was straight forward and the interviewer walked you through it. Behavioral was pretty conversational for me.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
First interview was a recorded interview with 6 standard questions for you to speak on your skills/experiences. Once past that stage, was flown to one of their "Superdays". 3 Separate interviews, about 1 hour each. 1 was a technical case study, the other 2 were more behavioral. Was applying with a focus in information security, so case study was focused around assessing a client's cyber maturity, and how to go about improving it. All 3 interviews had a conversational/relaxed overall feel.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied for the position on my university's job portal. I was contacted in about a week to schedule an interview via webcam. After that they selected me to move on to the final round in Dallas, TX.
The night before the final round consisted of a networking event where I had the chance to meet one of my interviewers as well as other EY staff. The actual interview day consisted of 2 behavioral + 1 case interview. The behavioral interviews were pretty straightforward. During the case interview they gave me a 4 page packet consisting of various issues a company was experiencing. I was asked to come up with a recommendation. I listed out what I believed to be the company's top three problems and then chose the one I believed to be the most important one to focus on. After that I made a recommendation to solve the problem I had identified. I would recommend looking into ERP's, blockchain, robotic process automation, and other relevant technologies prior to your interview. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
