After application, you do a numerical reasoning test then a job simulation which consists of ranking answers, written answers and video answers.
Job simulation was mostly situational judgement questions and data analysis

Applied through university's career center and through company's website. Was invited to interview, and attended pre-interview dinner. Met with interviewer, other candidates, and former interns. Interview consisted mostly of case study, and behavioral questions. Interviewer said he was impressed, but I didn't get an offer. Overall a fairly pleasant experience.

Screening - On-campus interview with a manager, walk-through my resume. Mostly conversational with a few behavioral questions.
2nd Interview - in the NY office, from 12:00-4:30PM interviewed with two professionals and did a case study.
