Interview
Online test-> GD -> research report-> team activity-> written test short-> technical round PI -> HR round PI. These were the rounds, pretty easy just needs to speak up and be who ypu are. The thirt for learning and willingness to stay are key to getting selected.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a one-on-one with a senior manager, focusing on background and experience. The final round was a panel interview with three team members covering technical and behavioral questions. Overall, the process was well-organized and straightforward.

total of 3 round. general question about credit risk and background knowledge. if you don't have recent project about credit risk field, at least you should know how to calculate ECL and how bank lending system works.
