I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had applied for the role in March 2019 and received a call in the first week of April 2019. The HR screening was the regular type - why are you interested in this job and a resume overview.
During that call she mentioned she'll be moving forward with my resume.
I had to follow up with her for 2 weeks after which she scheduled my interview with a senior manager in the last week of April.
The second interview was techincal and was on my resume. Detailed questions on my experience and what I did. Which also went pretty well.
If you've prepared your resume well this will go well.
After that the recruiter responded within a week saying they want to move onto the next round and that they are interested and really liked me.
Sadly they want me to wait 2 months to give the final round because they like having power day interviews.
EY really needs to speed up it's interview process. You'll are losing out on candidates because of such a process. It's almost like you'll don't value them.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (New Delhi) in Feb 2026

It was smooth, first there was a GD round then there was a interview in which behavioral questions were more, no technical question as such. It was more like a discussion.
