Applied online and 2 weeks later got HR call to organize the first round interview at their office (HR questions); it was then followed by a second interview one week later with a manager (case interview), then the 3rd interview with a director (Fit questions) and finally by a partner/director (Fit questions); I was surprised to reach the end of the process since I had no experience in supply chain and this was for a Senior consultant in the supply chain service line. The partner asked technical questions that only an experienced supply chain individual could have answered, so no offer.

I was placed in the interview by a recruiter. Initial interview was with 3 Managers in teh Advisory Practice. Very professional, but relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Typical questions were about myself - who I am, what interest me, what I am passionate about. How I lead teams, and most significant accomplishments.
