Interview
The process was relatively standard. A few common phone interviews were held, followed by 4 in person interviews at a regional headquarters. The questions were standard, canned consulting questions including situational, behavioral and case studies.

I did not find any of the questions difficult. As the group I was applying for was growing rapidly, the interviewers were looking at more behavioral aspects.

Experienced hire - more than 3 rounds of interview over 3 months - arduous and impactful also not clear what was the selection criteria. Presentation as well as specialist technical questions
It took 3-4 months from the first contact to get the offer during summer time. I had three interview rounds with one director and two partners then HR contacted to send the offer.

Business case related and client facing and relationship management. Plus some behavioural questions.
Pretty straightforward interview process. Had three interviews with SMs and above. Would recommend to those looking for a more accelerated interview process. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in getting into innovation.
