Interview
There are two rounds of interviews. The first one is a pre-recorded interview with 5 questions. The questions are behavioral: Why EY, name an innovative idea you've had, name a time you disagreed with a coworker etc. The second round is live video interviews; You interview with one manager for 30 minutes, 15 min break, and another 30 minute interview with another manager. I got my offer within an hour and a half.

3 basic questions and need to complete a pre-record \video component first - have to complete in 48hrs after you submit the online application. pretty fast but should keep an eye on when to submit the video

Interview
The interview was consistent of 2 30 minute interviews, one with a partner and one with a manager. The interview was very conversational. They mostly focused on my resume and had me elaborate on different jobs or leadership positions I held. Very few straight up behavioral questions.
