I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY
Interview
I did a hirevue interview then a super day 2 weeks later. The super day consisted of a case interview and two behavioral interviews. Overall, it was a positive experience. The recruiters helped me to make networking connections before my interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Nov 2011
Interview
First round interview was at my school. A very basic behavioral interview. Basically I was just asked to walk through my resume and describe experiences I had. Second round was in New York office and consisted of another behavioral interview similar to the first round, a case interview, and a situational interview where I was asked what I would do as an employee or manager in certain situations.

First round interview was easy 1 on 1 with one person. Basically just talked about the resume and asked behavioral questions such as what is a time you failed and what did you do to fix it and what if a member in your team was not doing there work, how would you approach them. Then had to do a writing sample on my own. Didnt get the offer though
