Face to face interview with manager and hr manager. Also written test prior to this was conducted. Friendly nature of staff. Good office ambience. Opportunity to express was given. More focus on technicals.

Interview
Applied on the career website on 2 March 2025. Received an invitation to complete an online assessment on 7 March 2025. The online assessment was quite average, requiring numerical thinking skills due to the numerous calculations. Received a call from HR on 13 March 2025. The phone interview lasted around 10 minutes. Standard questions were asked, such as why EY, what I know about tax, and why I wanted to resign. Received an email on 19 March 2025 stating that I had been shortlisted for an interview with the hiring managers. Had the interview with two senior managers on 24 March 2025. Overall, the interview session was pleasant as it was more of a casual chat with the interviewers. Both of them shared their experiences and explained the role and the day-to-day experience of working in transfer pricing. Received the official offer letter on 6 April 2025.
