Primarily behavioral interview, some accounting knowledge tested. Mostly questions based on how you would operate in a team setting, what you could bring to the table, and your goals for the near term.

Tell me about a time you showed traits of a leader?
first interview with HR, then some accounting exercise such as what happen to liabilities if this particular scenario appear, and in the end a call with a senior and a junior.
