I don't believe the whole process of the hiring was professional enough as a company like EY needs to be. they just ask stupid question and then they gost the candidates.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied online and then went through two rounds of phone interviews (one with HR, one with a senior UX designer) before I got invited to the final onsite interview in New York City. On the onsite interview, I talked with 5 interviewers for around 4 hours. A week after the onsite interview, I got a call from HR about the offer and received the official offer letter after a week.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EY (Thiruvananthapuram) in Dec 2015
Interview
5 stage of Interview
Initial telephonic round,-
Technical Test,
HR round,
Negotiation on salary
Over all interview process is good and the stages varies depending on the area of recruitment , if its a design based stuff you will be given certain tasks and asked to complete the task
