Interview
1st round- Speak on a topic for a minute(Communication check). Second round - Aptitude test (Very easy)(Absolutely not related to work, waste of time), 3rd round -Just checking background details and basic knowledge about EMS. 4th round- Managerial round - Past work experience, EMS knowledge
No proper communication from HR, They called me to come for 4th round but didn't send a mail and started blaming me for coming.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Bengaluru) in Jun 2015

Extempo- Talk about some topic or 3 mins
Written- English, reasoning and maths- Manageable difficulty
HR- Discussion- tricky
Managerial - Discussion with Process manager about know hows- Little tricky but it did go well for me.

Interview
Had to write a quantitative aptitude test. It was very simple. Then had 2 rounds of interviews. No technical questions in the interview.
They only tested if i could speak fluently.
